With the same intense colour and sparkle as the
Twinkling H2O's, Colour Concentrate comes in an easy to use dauber top
bottle. This is a fabulous new way to use watercolours, the dauber top
is perfect for an all over colour application with less mess. The pearlesque colours of this Wine & Roses Radiant Rain paint
looks amazing on black or dark papers and will add a beautiful subtle shimmer
to all types of other coloured papers.
Radiant Rain Colour Concentrate is suitable for use on any porous surface such as card,
paper, canvas, wood and many other craft projects. You can also remove
the dauber top and dip in a brush to create even more shimming efffect.
