Visit to Beamish!

This week Randy is over from the US office visiting, and his lovely family came over for a few days to see Paris and London then spend one day up north with us. Simon took them to our warehouse, and we did a big tour of CCHQ, then I spent the afternoon in Beamish with them!

The weather was tremendous, and we had a fabulous time!  Randy took a couple of pictures to share:

Beamish is quite educational for kids!  If you've not been, you should....it's the pride of the north east!  Take a look at their web site: http://www.beamish.org.uk/

The food wasn't bad, either!  Look at all those smiles!  Karen and the girls flew home yesterday, and we had a busy day in the office after they left.  Gary will be over as well (he arrives today) and we've got a big conference with our sales team from the UK and Europe planned for later this week.  Everyone has travelled up for it....big plans are being made at CCHQ this week!

Hope you are getting on well, and doing loads of crafting! Sara xx

I love Beamish, I remember how it was when it first opened, had to park on grass field and a little wooden ticket booth, its great going back at as you see how much it has grown and the history it is preserving is great. Makes you feel glad that you live today especially when you see the dentist house and equipment (shudder). lol

glad you had fun and that was great place to take them xx
