Designer Saturday: Fleur Pearson

Today we're introducing you to one of the newer members of our talented Die'sire design team, Fleur Pearson.

Read a bit about her, in her own words:

"I started scrapbooking in 2007 when my daughter started school. I never entertained the idea of making cards, but when I was introduced to blogging I was swept away by all the gorgeous creations and have made some great friends through crafting
My favourite technique is definitely sanding everything, and I don't consider my cards finished if they've not been machine stitched. I also love muted shades.

I am lucky to be on several DT for Challenge blogs, but I never dreamt that I would be good enough to work with such fantastic products as Die'sire, LOTV and also my local shop Sir Stampalot. I have recently started doing demos at LOTV & Sir Stampalot.
It was a huge honour to receive an invitation from Leann to join the Die'sire DT, I have only been with them for a short while & I absolutely love their gorgeous dies. The range is fantastic & and so versatile."

And here are a few of Fleur's favourite projects she's made so far on the team:

She's used new Die'sire Christmas dies and Sentimentals stamps on these projects, and they are all tremendous!

We are thrilled to have her as part of the Die'sire team, and to see the amazing work she does with the dies, embossing folders, and stamps!

Lovely cards Fleur, the machine stitching interests me, could be useful for people like me who are sensitive to the fumes from some glues and sprays. May cut down on my trips outside, then running back inside holding my breath. The neighbours must think I am weird. I look forward to seeing more of your inspirational work.
