I really like the look of and idea of the sweet treats range but I struggle with the crafters companion embossing boards. I am using the correct tool and have tried a range of different papers and card types but I find it really difficult to feel the embossing lines and it takes me ages. I have the most success with paper but obviously that will not be strong enough to make the sweet treat boxes. I don't have any spray and slide but I have tried using a Glitter Girls slicker sheet to help the tool glide on the paper but it seems to make little difference to my results - any tips? Am I doing something wrong? I have the envelobox and enveloplus boards so have been using the embossing designs along the edge of those boards for practice. I would like the sweet treat boards but am worried that I shall not be able to use them properly - help! Thank you.
