Sophie's Hen Doo!

If you saw my Facebook page this weekend you'll know it was my best friend Sophie's hen doo and I did loads of crafting for the big event!

I made party bags, and did a design on the computer for all of them. Everyone's was personalised with their name on it... I'm chief bridesmaid!

To get things looking professionally stuck on, I used my Xyron 500 with the permanent cartridge. I also made slippers for everyone.... printed the labels on to our fabric transfer paper and ironed them on! It didn't take long to do at all and really made the hen doo special!

Everyone loved their hand crafted treats, and we had a great time! We did some crafty games, too.... you know I wouldn't plan a party without sneaking some crafts in! Pop over to my Facebook page to see a few more pics to see what we got up to!

And you get get the supplies I used over on the Crafter's Companion website:

Very impressed--It was all brilliant- and you a new mum -and very busy designer/craftsperson/editor and more. Methinks I must start getting up earlier in the mornings and start my new found card making and all things crafts. You have push started my mo-jo. Love looking at all your blogs and love INSPIRATIONS magazines. Can you give any more information on the paper for printing on material. See this mentioned on many projects but not much on this, brand/content/price. Thanks Jennifer Gardiner.

These look brilliant! I'm getting married in October and the slippers seem a brill idea that I can make for my bridesmaids and have their names on it!
