Tutorial: Use your dies as a stencil!

BLOG_IG_LOVE CARDS 2_049

I absolutely love the technique I'm sharing with you today....the end result is simply stunning, and gives you a whole new way to use your dies!

Supplies:

Directions:

Step 1: Trim linen card 5 6/8" square, die-cut lace heart and release from the die. Next, apply Stick & Spray to the reverse of die-cut, place onto the linen card using as a stencil.

Then transfer Distress Ink thought the heart and around the edges. When you lift it off the heart it reveal the beautiful lace print! Affix to card front

Step 2: Die-cut I Love You using kraft card, attach to card front.

Step 3: Trim white card 5 6/8" square, emboss using In Love folder, ink around the edges using Victorian Velvet, affix to inside of card to finish. (This just adds that extra touch of personalisation!)

Tip: Add an embossed piece of card to the inside of a card to add extra interest!

What do you think? I'd love to hear! And be sure to see the rest of my collections:

Crafty hugs,
Sara xx
