As many of you would have seen on Facebook this week, I popped into the office with our latest bundle of joy (baby Charlie) to surprise the rest of the team! Needless to say, but it was lovely to see everyone after a pretty tough week and just feel the love off my amazing team – I am so lucky!
Anyway, as I’ve been out of action for the last week or so, I was not fully aware of the difficulties some of you have been having with our new website. So I just wanted to sincerely apologise to those of you who have faced any issues with logging-in and ordering through our new website.
Believe me, the new website was designed and built from the bottom up to meet your needs. However, transitioning from the old website to the new one was a massive undertaking for our team and there were a few unforeseen technical issues that we just simply missed. We’re real folks and not robots at CCHQ!
So, you have my word that we are working tirelessly to get everything back to normal so you can enjoy browsing, learning from and buying from our new online home. All I ask is that you kindly bear with us. We have overcome the main issues but still have a few cheeky gremlins in the system!
