Create A Stunning Side Stepper Card With Dawn Macfie

Blending mint and lemon colours together, Dawn Macfie creates a lovely fresh looking card, perfect for so many occasions.

These intricate looking cards are so easy to create!

In this video Dawn shows us how to work with a side stepper die - perfect for adding a multi-dimensional touch to your papercraft projects.

What You'll Need To Make This Card:

Die’sire Create-a-Card Kinetic Metal Die - Side Stepper

Centura Pearl Printable Card Pack - Pastels

Collall Tacky Glue

Pearls

Step 1

Cut a card base measuring 8 ½” x 5 ½” from lemon colour Centura Pearl card.

Step 2

Position your 'worker die', tape in place and pass through your machine.

Step 3

Remove die then 'valley' & 'mountain' fold the score lines and burnish these with a bone folder. You now have a stepper card base.

Step 4

Next, using the additional dies in the collection die cut decorative panels out of the mint colour Centura Pearl card to give a contrast to your project.

Step 5

Stick these on to your stepper card base and add pearl embellishment to finish off your card.
