Sew with Jennifer Tryon- Week 4

Happy Wednesday sewing enthusiasts,

It's Jennifer Tryon here with my weekly Crafter's Companion Blog takeover! Be sure to check back every Wednesday for a special sewing blog post from yours truly. I'll be making sacks full of exciting projects including, clutch bags, bunting and even a Gemini cover! I can't wait to get started.

This week, I'm showing you how I customise my own clipboard's using pretty fabrics and felt!

Materials:

Crafter’s Companion felt in yellow, pink, fuchsia, red and green
Clipboard
Scrapbook paper 12 x 12
Crafter’s Companion glitter fabric
Lace
Adhesive
Modpodge
Rose, Peony, and Leaves Metal die for fabric
Gemini

Modpodge the scrapbook paper to the top of the clipboard. Cut down to size. Put a
thin layer of mod podge on top of the paper to seal it. Add lace to the bottom of
the clipboard and use adhesive to secure into place.

Cut out flowers using the Rose and Peony dies. Cut some leaves to use as filler. Roll
the flowers towards the center and then glue into place. I used Tacky Glue. Once
all the flowers are rolled adhere the completed flowers to the clipboard top using a
strong adhesive. I used E6000. Allow all adhesives to dry overnight before using.

I hope that you have enjoyed this project? We'd love to see your makes! Please share with me on my Facebook page or tag me on Instagram (#cjennifertryoncc)
