We’re excited to let Donna Moseley tell you a bit more about herself today!
“Hi my name is Donna, I am married to my very craft tolerant Hubby, Wayne. We have two grown up children, Samantha & Kyle and an adorable little grandson Bradley, who’s five and is the apple of my eye. He is the best crafty buddy ever and he loves to join me colouring in. I have two other babies; Ely & Saffie, my gorgeous & very spoilt house cats who I love to bits, they are my little companions when I’m in the craftroom although they sometimes can be naughty, pinching bits and bobs of my desk. Somewhere in my house there is a brand new Quickie glue pen, but I haven’t got a clue where it has been hidden.
I started crafting when Bradley was born and I made him a scrapbook. I soon ventured into card making and now I am addicted. I enjoy lots of different techniques and will have a dabble at most things. My favourite thing though, is stamping & colouring in. I love my Spectrum Noirs and am lucky enough to have the whole set, which I use everyday. My most prized crafty possession though, is my eBosser. How did I manage without it? The fact that it cuts all dies and embosses all folders is amazing but the reason why I can’t live without it, is that once you’ve popped in your sandwich of dies etc, you can carry on with other things and the sandwich pops out and then it waits at the back till you’re ready for it!
I’d love to share my three favourite cards with you:
“Angelica & Friends card – I used the adorable Eleanor stamp set from this range and coloured her with my Spectrum Noir pens. I also used one of my all time favourite dies from the Die’sire Classical Frame die set. I love this die, and as well as being very pretty it is also super versatile. I like to cut a couple and stick together to make a larger mat for your image. The pretty lilac papers are from the Angelica & Friends CD-ROM.”
“Angel Whispers card – all the images, papers etc are from the Fairy Poppets & Angel Whispers CD-ROMs. I just love these stunning images and still find it hard to believe that we get to craft with them. I also used my favourite Die’sire Classical Frame die again, this time made larger, using two of them. The pretty patchwork embossing folder came free with the Inspiration magazine and the gorgeous layered butterfly was made using the Die’sire Butterflies decorative die set.”
“Party Paws card – I think little Bamboo might just be my all time fave character, he is so cute and a pleasure to colour. This one is from the Party Paws – Bamboo Favourite stamp set and of course coloured in with Spectrum Noir pens. The very scrummy papers are from the Party Paws papercrafting CD-ROM. I also used Die’sire Lace Border 4 & Waltz Frame set.”
