We’ve got a fabulous project to share from Mandy, using products from the new Sugar & Spice collection.
Step 1: Cut 2 pieces of chipboard to 6 ½” x 6 ½”.
Step 2: Cut 2 pieces of printed papers to 7 ½” x 7 ½”.
Step 3: Glue chipboard pieces to centre of the rear of paper and cut across all corners leaving an 1/8” gap.
Step 4: Fold paper around edges and glue. Cut 2 pieces of printed papers to 6 ¼” x 6 ¼” and glue these on to cover the workings.
Step 4a: Cut 2 pieces of printed papers to 6 ¼” x 6 ¼” and glue these on to cover the workings.
Step 5: To Create the Pages; take sheets of 12” x 12” Core’dinations card and fold each piece into 4 x 6” squares. With textures side facing up score the top 2 squares as shown in pictures.
Step 6: Fold bottom 2 squares up, burnish. Fold over from right to left and glue together. Next fold the 2 triangles down (these will form the pockets) and glue down. Repeat for all pages.
Step 7: Punch holes in front and back cover and then all pages to match.
Step 8: Cut a series of 5” squares in Core’dinations card and cut each one in half diagonally. Using Embossalicious folders emboss these pieces and glue to front of pockets. Using more printed papers decorate the inside of pockets.
Step 9: Add rings through all pages.
Step 10: Add embellishments to suit and enjoy!
