January was a really busy month…. not sure how it’s come to an end so fast! I thought I’d share a few pics from my travels with you here on the blog:
At the start of the month just after our Christmas break, it was so busy getting ready to leave for the Craft & Hobby Association (CHA) show in America I had to call extra reserve staff in to the office to help!
We had a fab time at CHA… our Sheena (and her husband Russ) went over along with me, Leann, and Simon. We got to catch up with the lovely staff in our Anaheim office!
We all had shows on Create and Craft, which broadcast LIVE from CHA. Did you catch the launch of our brilliant new additions to the Spectrum Noir colouring family, Spectrum Aqua?! These watercolour pens are tremendous… you’ve got to give them a try!
I don’t think poor Simon was thrilled at the idea of escorting us two back to the UK! It was a long 10 hour flight!
When I got back I had a quick trip over to HSE24 in Germany. There was a lady on presenting knitting products and I LOVED them! I only learnt to knit a few weeks ago to record an episode for Be Creative TV and I feel like I need to get these kits and expand my horizons!!
Here’s a peek at tomorrow night’s Be Creative TV show on Made in Tyne and Wear, with special guest Susan Harris from Knit ‘n’ Purl and Aimee Nicholson from Harbour Yarns.
For those of you in Bristol, Cardiff and Leeds, tomorrow night’s show will be the Candlemaking episode with special guest Peter Cooke from Northumberland Candle Works.
February is looking to be just as busy, with several trips and shows planned already! Keep checking in with me here and on my Facebook page for updates!
