Here’s a super quick and easy trick to alter patterned paper to match your coloured image. It really is “The Perfect Mix”! When we saw this card from Lori we immediately thought wouldn’t this be a fabulous card for the winner of the Great British Bake off! It certainly makes a great card for anyone who loves to cook!
Trim the designer paper panel to desired size. Use the CG1 Spectrum Noir Marker to colour over the leaves. This marker is one of the colours that were used to colour the stamped image.
TIP: Since the centre portion of the designer paper will be covered, there is no need to colour the leaves in that area. If desired, you can test the marker colouring in the area that will not show.
Notice how the green shade of the altered leaves now matches the focal image.
