Here’s some more inspiration from the lovely Lynne, who has created this fun pop-up card using just some of the goodies that come with issue 14!
Seize the moment and let your free spirit take control. Go and run into your dreams.
Whether it’s for a wanderer or a dreamer, these designs will help you create a beautiful card for any occasion.
Materials Lynne used:
CI 14 CD-ROM Free Spirit Papers and Elements
Centura Pearl “Dark Chocolate”
Collall 3D glue
Using your scoring board, take an A4 piece of cardstock. Score on the long side from top to bottom at 7cm, 14cm, 21cm and 28cm.
On the short side with the smallest strip at the top of your scoring board, score at 8cm down to the bottom score line as shown below.
Cut away the excess card in the small strip to create a tab as shown below.
Cut the card along the score lines as shown below.
Fold and burnish the score lines.
Add glue to the tab.
Fold your card and attach the tab inside the back panel to create the box.
Now cut your papers to decorate.
One piece 7cm x 20cm (back panel)
Three pieces 7cm x 8cm (box flaps)
Three pieces 11.5cm x 5.5cm ( lower box panels)
Cut 3 strips of card measuring 10cm x 1cm
Score each strip 1cm from each end.
Add glue or tape to each tab on the three strips and attach inside the top of your box.
Print elements from your CD-Rom and cut out to decorate.
