Hi Crafters!

We have organised for an amazing step by step tutorial for you all to follow at home! Follow the guide below and create a masterpiece in the comfort of your own home!

Send your card to friends – as this design is perfect for any occassion!

Here is what you’ll need to recreate this project:

Spectrum Aqua Pens – Aquamarine & Heather

Glycerine & sponge dauber

Cosmic Shimmer Embossing Powder – Arctic Lake Lustre

7×7 card base in cream

Royal & Langnickle Fine Paint Brush & water

Heat Gun

This is what you’ll be making today;

Step 1

Cut your Sheena stamping card to 6×6. Then take your Stick & Spray and spray short bursts onto the reverse of your stamp. Wait a few seconds then position onto your Rock a Block. Now take your Majestic Purple and Forest Moss Sparkle pens and scribble the colour over the surface of the stamp concentrating the colours on the areas required ie, purple on the flowers, green on the leaves.

Step 2

Stamp the image onto the corner of your piece of card then with a damp paintbrush, start to blend your colours out into the whole image.

Step 3

To add more depth to your image, add colour directly from the pen onto the card where there would be shadows and then gently blend out with a damp brush. Dot the centre of the image with your black sparkle pen.

Step 4

Decant a pea sized blob of glycerine onto your craft mat and scribble some colour down from your Spectrum Aqua pens. Squidge your blending tool first into the glycerine ensuring a good coverage then take the aquamarine colour onto the sponge.  Blend onto your card. Don’t worry about your coloured image. Blending the colour over the top shouldn’t affect it.

Add more glycerine if required then take the heather colour onto the dauber and go around the very edges of the card.

TOP TIP: If you find that you are leaving fingerprints on your card, rest your hand on a scrap piece of card.

Step 5

Attach your sentiment stamp to your Rock a Block and ink up with Versamark (sticky) ink, then stamp onto your background. Sprinkle over your embossing powder and heat set with your heat gun.

Step 6

Trim your lavender and black card to make matt and layers for your image then stick and add to your card base.

We hope you have enjoyed this tutorial!
