How to make an easy and home-made Thank You card

Show your appreciation for those festive treats and seasonal acts of kindness with a thoughtful home-made Thank You card.

This sweet but striking Thank You card is sure to make any recipient feel truly appreciated – and the best part is that it’s so quick and easy to make – you don’t even need a die-cutting machine! Just follow the step-by-step instructions below and you’ll have your own hand-made Thank You card in no time at all.

You Will Need:

• Life is Beautiful A6 Rubber Stamp
• Neenah Solar White card
• Spectrum Noir Classique Markers:
  • Cardinal
  • Red
  • Cherry Red
  • Burgundy
  • Apple
  • Leaf
  • Emerald
  • Mimosa
  • Gold
  • Yellow Ochre
• Finesse Alcohol Proof ink pad in Noir Black
• Santa’s Kitchen Paper Pad
• 5″x5″ card blank
• Thank you stamp
• Double sided tape
• Guillotine”

Step One

Stamp the Life is beautiful Stamp onto the white Neenah card using the finesse alcohol proof ink pad and colour using the Spectrum Noir markers to create a beautiful poinsettia flower design. Stamp your Thank You sentiment onto a piece of the white Neenah card

Step Two

Use the guillotine to trim down your stamped poinsettia design so it measures 3.5″ x 2.25″. Trim down your stamped Thank You sentiment so there is a small border around the words.

Step Three

Choose three different sheets from the patterned paper pad. Use the solid colour reverse side of two sheets to matt and layer the card with your stamped design and sentiment. Use the third sheet as a patterned background to mount the design and sentiment.

Step Four

Use double sided tape to secure all of your layers and attach to the front of your card blank.
