To our US-based customers:
We're happy to share with you that as of today (24th June):
- All orders from our US Warehouse Sale, which ship from our US office, have been packed, and the remaining few are awaiting pick up from carriers. Our customer service team can help you track your order.
- Our US Customer Service team are available by phone on a limited basis each day. We are anticipating a higher than usual call volume, and coupled with their smaller window of availability, we ask that you be patient while trying to reach them. You can, of course, continue to email our global customer service teams, and we will be in touch as quickly as possible.
- A new shipping lane has re-opened to the US, which will result in parcels arriving faster than they have over the past few months.
Orders from our website are currently being packed in our UK warehouse within five to seven business days, and leaving us with our international shipping partners.
