Welcome back to another installment of Watch Along Wednesday and needlecraft lovers, this one is for you! In this week’s post, David Falcon is giving you a first look at the Threaders Quilting Stencils and showing you just how versatile they are. As the name may suggest, these stencils are perfect for quilting, but David demos how to use them for enchanting embroidery projects!
Before you scroll down and watch the video, let us tell you a bit more about these stencils. They promise to add a touch of creativity to a variety of needlecraft projects, including quilts, cushion covers, bags and so much, so they’re an essential for your kit if you’re looking to transform your stitching.
With three different designs to choose from, there’ll be something to suit the project that you’re working on. David uses the Celtic design to produce this incredible cushion cover with a variety of brightly coloured threads and a pop of striking yellow, so take a look at his process by watching the video below.
These stencils are not only durable and reusable, but they also offers maximum design potential as each pack features a large, stunning focal point stencil and a stencil featuring a selection of beautiful borders and corners to complement the focal point.
As these are large 12″ x 12″ stencils, they will work gorgeously with 12″ patchwork blocks and larger needlecraft projects. You could try them out on table runners, wall hangings and so much more!
The Geometric design will add a fun, mandala-esque look to your projects, so it’s perfect for exotic pieces.
The Feathers design features a fun, feather-inspired design with a soft, cloud-like look.
The Celtic design features an intricate Celtic cross, so it’s ideal for adding a classic knot effect to your pieces.
