Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase then we would be happy for you to return the item, unopened and unused, within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note:

• We cannot refund or exchange digital purchases. 

• Initial shipping and return shipping charges are non-refundable. 

• Any returned items must reach us in unopened, “new” condition with all original packaging present.

• As stated in distance selling regulations, we cannot accept returns of DVDs or CDs if you have opened the seal.

• Any returns that have not been authorised by our Customer Service team and are not accompanied by a Return Authorisation Number will not be accepted and we will be unable to process your refund

In the unlikely event that your order or items within it are damaged, you may return them to us for a full refund or exchange. You must notify us within seven ( 7) working days of receipt of your product. We will also refund your return postage.

Once we receive your completed form, a member of our customer service team will be in touch via email to share your Return Authorisation Number and the address to send the parcel to. Please allow three business days for a response after you complete the form.
