Café Update

Our original decision around the menu changes in the Crafty Cuppa was based in part on staffing challenges. We’re really excited to let you know that we’re actively recruiting new team members to help us in the cafe and as soon as we are able, our delicious sandwiches, jacket potatoes, and more will be back on the menu at the Crafty Cuppa. 

Many of you let us know how much being able to enjoy a meal in the cafe means to you and we greatly appreciate that feedback. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do and we always make every effort to listen and take action where we can. That said, we must be clear that any form of verbal abuse or threatening behaviour toward our team members will not be tolerated, whether in person, over the phone, or by email. We are deeply disappointed to hear that our team has faced such behaviour on several occasions.

We value kindness and respect in our community, and anyone who continues to act otherwise will face a permanent ban from both the café and the store.

Until we’re fully staffed and restocked you can continue to join our friendly crew for the usual tasty treats and wonderful warm drinks… plus plenty of crafty fun. We can’t wait to see you!
