Crafter's Companion – TikTok Shop Terms & Conditions

These terms apply specifically to orders placed with Crafter's Companion through our TikTok Shop storefront. They sit alongside (and don't replace) our general website Terms & Conditions, which apply to purchases made directly through crafterscompanion.com.

1. Who Can Order

Our TikTok Shop is currently open to UK residents only, with delivery to UK addresses only. Orders placed with a non-UK delivery address may be cancelled and refunded.

2. How to Order

All TikTok Shop orders must be placed directly through the TikTok Shop platform. We are unable to accept, amend, or process TikTok Shop orders by phone, email, or any other channel. If you need to change an order (address, item, quantity, etc.), please do so via your TikTok account before the order is dispatched, or contact TikTok Shop customer support.

3. Payment

Payment is taken and processed by TikTok Shop at the time of order in accordance with TikTok's own payment terms. Crafter's Companion does not take payment details directly for TikTok Shop orders.

4. Order Confirmation & Acceptance

Receiving an order confirmation from TikTok Shop does not guarantee that your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (for example, in the case of a pricing error, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud), in which case a full refund will be issued via TikTok Shop.

5. Pricing & Product Information

Prices, images, and descriptions on TikTok Shop are intended to accurately reflect our products, but errors can occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or listing errors and to cancel affected orders where necessary, with a full refund. Prices on TikTok Shop are not applicable to purchases on the Crafter’s Companion website.

6. Stock Availability

Items are subject to availability. In the event that an item you've ordered is out of stock, we'll contact you (via TikTok Shop messaging) as soon as possible to offer a refund or alternative.

7. Delivery

Delivery timescales and options are as shown at checkout on TikTok Shop. Delivery is to UK addresses only. Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information (where available) will be provided through TikTok Shop.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All returns, exchanges, refunds, and order cancellations for TikTok Shop purchases must be handled directly through TikTok Shop, in line with TikTok's own returns policy and procedures. We're unable to process TikTok Shop returns directly via our website, customer service phone line, or email — please start any return or refund request from your TikTok Shop order/purchase history.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015) regarding faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods.

9. Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please report this through TikTok Shop in the first instance, including photos where possible, so it can be resolved as quickly as possible.

10. Customer Service

For questions about your TikTok Shop order, please use TikTok Shop's messaging/support tools rather than our general phone or email contact channels, as our customer service team cannot access or amend TikTok Shop orders directly.

11. Data Protection

Any personal data you provide when ordering through TikTok Shop is processed by both TikTok and Crafter's Companion in order to fulfil your order. Please refer to TikTok's privacy policy for how they handle your data, and our own Privacy Policy for how we handle order and fulfilment data.

12. Intellectual Property

All product designs, images, branding, and content relating to Crafter's Companion products remain the property of Crafter's Companion and may not be reproduced without permission.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our processes or TikTok Shop's own policies. The latest version will always be available on this page.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
