<p>An update to Spectrum Noir’s popular original Sparkle Brush Pens, these pens are packed with fine glitter micro-pigment, in a range of vivid and blendable water-based colours. The Tint & Tone Set has been specially designed to open up even more colour options as it can be blended with any of the sparkle colours in the collection to create a lighter or darker shades - the opportunities are endless!</p>
<p>Each pen has a flexible brush tip for accurate, mess free application - making them perfect for lettering, embellishing, colouring and more!</p>

</ul><p><br>Combine the Tint & Tone set with any of the beautiful colour combinations in the updated Sparkle Brush Pen collection to blend and create even more stunning shades!</p>
<p>To use your Spectrum Noir Sparkle Pens:</p>
<ul><li>Remove lid and yellow seal then tighten barrel to break seal</li>
<li>Shake pen vigorously to mix glitter and ink</li>
<li>Gently squeeze the pen until ink moves into the clear chamber</li>
<li>Stop squeezing and brush onto scrap card until ink floods the bristles (can be encouraged with gentle squeezes if required)</li>
<li>Give a gentle shake (with the cap on) from time to time to keep ink and glitter well mixed</li>
<li>May need gentle squeezing if left unused for an extended period of time</li>
<li>DO NOT dip the Sparkle Pen into water as doing so will affect the formulation</li>
