20 for 21 Challenge: Day 1

Day 1: Be a little better today than you were yesterday.
– Tiny steps will net huge results over time.
– Write your goals down, post them, and go public with them.
Goals not put to paper are seeds without soil. They will dry up and blow away in the wind.
Perhaps the most important thing about being successful is judging yourself against only yourself. You don’t have to do as much as the gal down the street or your best friend. You just have to do a little bit more today than you did yesterday.
Your first goal in this 20-day challenge is to simply write down your goals for the month, and post them somewhere where you’ll see them every day. You can add as many goals as you wish, but you may just want to start with this:
