Open for one day only, join us for the ultimate day of crafty retail therapy at our Newton Aycliffe warehouse. With more space to shop, more products to browse, and even more exclusive offers, it’s the perfect time to stock up on papercraft, sewing, and art essentials.

Where will the Pop-Up Shop be?
You can find us at our warehouse on 255 St. Cuthberts Way, Newton Aycliffe DL5 6XW. There is Crafter’s Companion signage as you turn in from the road. |

How is the Pop-Up Shop different from last year?
This year we’re making the Pop-Up Shop even bigger and better! In our upgraded shop you’ll be able to shop exclusive deals, new launches and live demos. |

When will the store be open?
One day only on Saturday 7th June 2025. Opening times are 10am - 2pm BST. |

Will the Pop-Up Shop be held online, too?
No. This is an in-person only event. |

Is the event ticketed?
No, the event is free to attend and is not ticketed. All you have to do is turn up and start shopping! |

Am I guaranteed the products I want?
All stock is subject to availability and we cannot guarantee or hold back any products. If you have something specific in mind, we recommend arriving early to avoid disappointment. |

Will bestsellers be available to purchase?
Yes! Some of our popular bestsellers will be available. |

Will there be any food and drink?
Yes, light refreshments, including hot and cold drinks and cakes, will be available to purchase. |

What payment methods will be accepted?
We will be accepting both cash and card payments. |

Will I be able to get Club Inspire discount & points?
Unfortunately, at this pop-up shop we will be unable to apply Club Inspire discounts or add points to Club Inspire accounts. |

Can I return items?
All sales are final at this pop-up shop. |

Where can I park?
Limited parking is available at our warehouse, with spaces located at both the front and back of the building. Additional parking is also available across the road near Greggs. Please note that all parking is at your own risk, and we kindly ask drivers to remain aware of pedestrians while using the car parks. |
